1957年出生於台灣宜蘭，1973年獲全國青年才藝國畫組第一名。1982年國立藝專美術科畢業。1988年移民溫哥華。1994年辦個人畫展。1995-1998年參加美國銀行主辦「山明水秀」及溫哥華中央圖書館要請展。1998年回台灣阿波羅畫廊辦個展。

Neil was born in Taiwan in 1957. He graduated from the National Taiwan Academy of Arts in 1984. After he immigrated to Canada in 1988, he held solo exhibitions at the Vancouver City Savings Credit Union in 1992, Le Rupert Cafe in 1994, Chinatown Art Gallery and the Apollo Art Gallery in Taiwan in 1998. He has also participated in several joint exhibitions. His art works are in the collections of the City Hall of Tainan in Taiwan, Chuan Neng Advertising Company, Fillmore Industrial Corporation and the Sheng Chiang Plastic Industry Corporation of Taipei.
