Kam-Chi Chan, born in 1944.was under his father’s tutelage to study painting and calligraphy.

Later on he studied under a few teachers : Mr. Wai-Fu Chau, western painting and sculpture; Master Chan Feng-Tzu, seal carving; Mr. Man-Shak Lee, Chinese painting;

Mr. Pin-Chun Ho, authentication of antique porcelain; Mr. Yim Tse, calligraphy. He has traveled to many countries to demonstrate his skills,and to learn from others, In 1994, he immigrated to Canada, opened his own studio and is teaching in Chinese school and community centers.
