梁巽堃女士出生於香港。中學畢業於嘉諾撒聖心書院。1964年畢業於澳洲新南威爾斯市立音樂學院。1984年從區二連女士習山水、書法及篆刻。1989 年移民加拿大溫哥華，同年拜周士心教授習山水花鳥魚蟲至今。1992年參與成立青雲畫會及舉行首次聯展並又參與其後多次聯展。1994年成為溫哥華華人藝術家協會會員。2012年吳門畫會成立後為該會理事及秘書。

Theresa Wong was born in Hong Kong.  She graduated from Sacred Heart Canossian College in Hong Kong and in 1964 she graduated from the State Conservatorium of Music of New South Wales in Australia.  In 1984 she studied Chinese landscape, Chinese calligraphy and seal carving under Ms. Au Yee-lin.  She immigrated to Vancouver, Canada, in 1989 and in the same year she continued her study in Chinese brush painting under Professor Chow Si-sing until present.  In 1992 she took part in forming the Blue Cloud Artists Association with other artists and in the same year presented their first joint exhibition.  The second, third and fourth exhibition were in 1996, 2000 and 2004.  She became a member of the CCAFV in 1994 and has participated in various joint exhibitions.  In 2012 the Wu School Art Association was found by Professor Chow Si-sing and Theresa became one of the directors and is now the secretary of the Association.
