中國上海絨繡藝術創始人，中國工藝美術大師高婉玉之女。絨繡工藝美術師。畢業於上海教育學院美術系，從事絨繡創作二十多年。作品材料為羊毛絨線和麻布，以針代筆，以線代色。具有獨一無二的收藏價值，適合訂繡人物肖像、寵物等。

Ms. Chen graduated from Shanghai Normal College and began work in the Shanghai Arts and Crafts Research Institute in 1979. Her art works have been published and exhibited in numerous art shows. She has won awards for many works including “Image of Buddha in Kunming Yuan Tong Temple” in 1984, “Madam Song, Oing-Ling” in 1989 and “Temporary President Sun, Zhong-San” in 1994. These art works were created with her mother, Ms. Wan-Yu Gao.
